David Groner, Attorney

David Groner is a seasoned attorney with years of experience in elder law, government, civil litigation and real estate areas. His accomplishments include being named “Top 100 Lawyers “ in the State of Louisiana by Louisiana Life Magazine and numerous appointments to boards and commissions including serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Iberia Medical Center, a complex of hospitals, clinics and doctors practices. Presently David is serving by appointment by the Governor of Louisiana to the Louisiana Public Facilities Authority , a commission created to approve tax free bonds for government and private entities including Ochsner Medical, Tulane Medical, Louisiana State University and many others . 

David has successfully completed the Elder Law College and is assisting clients with incorporating revocable and irrevocable trusts as part of their Estate Planning. 

An avid outdoorsman, David has a camp near Houma, Louisiana where he is often found fishing, hunting and exploring the marshes and bayous of the area. When not at his camp he can also be found at most LSU sporting events , usually traveling out of state at least once a year with friends to pull for the Tigers.

Married to his wife Carolyn, they live in New Iberia with their overly spoiled Weimaraner, Jake.
